Quality Warrenty

Relia Valve and its approved valve distributors warrant to the purchaser that its products delivered to the purchaser will be of the kind described in the order and will be free from latent defects in material or workmanship.

The guarantee period for the goods shall be 12 (twelve) months starting from the installation date of the project, during the construction of which the buyer uses the goods, or 18 (twenty-four) months from the delivery date of the last batch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

Purchaser's Responsibility:

1. The products must be properly stored, installed, operated, handled and not misused and must be used for the type of service and application for which they are designed and sold.

2. Should soft parts (seats, seals, o-rings) become deformed by chemicals or temperatures for which they were not designed, the warranty is void. Similarly, damage caused by debris or particulates to valve seats or seals will also void the warranty unless the valve is specially designed for this service (example, hard face "metal to metal" seating, etc.). Any client or third party alterations, such as changing ends, actuators, operators, trim, etc., also voids the warranty.

3. All warranty obligations of Relia pursuant hereto shall be null and void if the product or any of its parts is modified in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of Relia.
